Every imported deadline waits for an attorney to confirm it before your firm relies on it. Working from paper files? A list of your open cases is all we need to get you started.
How long does the move take?
Most firms switch over in a few hours to a couple of days. No one stops working: the move runs in the background, and your team switches over when it’s done. Your implementation plan sets out the scope and the schedule before work begins.
What does it cost?

Can we bring our documents and connect our existing tools?

What will Scribe never do?
Scribe does not send messages or documents to clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, or courts on your behalf. Your team reviews its work and decides what to send.
Is Scribe Score a case valuation?
No. Scribe Score helps your team spot cases that may need attention, based on activity, deadlines, and configured signals. It does not determine case value, predict an outcome, or replace legal judgment.
Who communicates with our clients?
JurisBuild gives your firm’s people tools to communicate and keep conversations connected to the case. Your team manages the client relationship, reviews legal work, and decides what to send. Scribe helps prepare the work and does not contact clients on your behalf.
Can we use our own forms and methods?
Yes. Build intake around your questions, work with your forms and document templates, and configure operating preferences for your practice. Administrators review proposed configuration changes. Protected Scribe Score rules for statutes of limitations and court deadlines stay on.

Open the finding, review what triggered it, and check the case information before deciding how to follow up. Acknowledging a finding is different from fixing the underlying issue, and score updates follow the next evaluation.
