AI Connectors

The JurisBuild connector lets the AI assistant you already use read your firm’s case record and answer from it: parties and contacts, documents, notes, emails, calendar and deadlines, tasks, medical treatment, insurance, and case financials. Ask about any matter you are allowed to see and the answer comes from the file, not from the assistant’s memory.

Every request runs as you. The connector reads exactly what you can already see in the JurisBuild portal, with your firm and team permissions applied on every request, and it never sends, files, serves, or contacts anyone. Where your firm has enabled it, one action can assemble selected case documents into a Bates-stamped draft packet, which lands in the case for staff review like any other draft.

Works on claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Claude mobile with one setup. You need a paid Claude plan.

1. In your JurisBuild portal, open Settings → My Settings → Connected Apps and copy your firm’s connector address.
2. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it JurisBuild and paste the address. Leave both OAuth fields empty; Claude fills those in itself.
3. A JurisBuild sign-in window opens. Sign in with your firm email, review what the connector can access, and approve.

Set it up once at chatgpt.com and it appears in the ChatGPT desktop app on its own. You need a paid ChatGPT plan.

1. In your JurisBuild portal, copy your firm’s connector address from Settings → My Settings → Connected Apps.
2. In ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode under Settings → Security and login.
3. Open Settings → Plugins → Browse plugins and click the plus button. Name it JurisBuild, paste the address, keep Authentication on OAuth, accept the notice, and create.
4. Click Sign in with JurisBuild, sign in with your firm email, and approve the connection.

• “List my open cases and tell me which ones need attention this week.”
• “What has happened on the Rodriguez case in the last two weeks?”
• “Pull the police report on 25-004 and summarize the liability facts.”

Connections use OAuth. The assistant never sees your password, and JurisBuild never sees your conversations outside the questions the assistant asks it. You can revoke a connection at any time from Settings → My Settings → Connected Apps in your portal, which signs the app out immediately. Deactivating a staff account cuts off its connections on the next request.
