These terms govern your use of the jurisbuild.com website. Use of the JurisBuild platform itself is governed by the subscription agreement between JurisBuild and your firm; if there is a conflict, that agreement controls.

You may browse the site and submit inquiries for your firm. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to probe or disrupt it, submitting false inquiries, or scraping content at scale.

JurisBuild is software for law firms. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship with anyone.

The site, its content, and the JurisBuild and Scribe names and marks are owned by JurisBuild. You may not use them without our written permission.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JurisBuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in New York.
